Dumpster Guidelines
In an effort to keep
our Dumpster rates low we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
* Maximum weight limit is 500 pounds. Do not place appliances, large furniture,
tires, batteries, paint, medical waste, hazardous waste, flammable materials,
pesticides, solvents, chemicals, motor oil, gasoline, human waste, rock, cement
or other like materials. * ALL LOADS
MUST MEET DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS. If any damages or fines occur against RT
Services for the disposal of any waste deemed by State and/or Federal law,
you the customer will be held responsible
* All items must fit completely into the dumpster and no
higher than the top of the dumpster. Additional
fees may be charged for overloaded pickups or pick up may not occur. Do not place any other items for disposal
around the dumpster without prior authorization from RT Services.
* Please make sure no
items or vehicles are blocking the dumpster. If the dumpster is blocked,
service will not occur until your next scheduled pickup date.
* If your dumpster contains any items listed above or is
blocked, it will not be serviced until your next scheduled collection.
* All gates to access your property must be opened on your
day of service
* Dumpster service may not be available due to severe
weather and/or road conditions. Your account will be serviced on the next
scheduled pickup date.
* Customer
acknowledges that R.T Services shall not be liable for any damages to
pavement, driveway, or any other driving surface resulting from its vehicles
servicing an agreed upon area.
* RT Services is released from any and all liability for
damages and/or injuries incurred by any individual using and/or near the
dumpster. RT Services will not be
held liable for people “dumpster diving” or any one playing in and/or around
the dumpster.
* There may be
delivery and/or pickup fees applied if the account is
canceled. If payment is not made by the scheduled due date,
the account may be placed on hold until paid in full without
further notice. |
