Why must trash be bagged?
Trash should be bagged for several reasons--mainly for the cleanliness of the community. The area tends to get very windy, and bagging the trash prevents litter.

Also, if the toter/can is too heavy we can grab the trash bag by bag so it is easier to dump.

Do you recycle?

Yes- We recycle aluminum cans, cardboard, and newspaper. All items should be bundled, bagged, or tied and marked as recycling. These will be picked up on your regular trash day.

Can I pay my bill using a credit card/debit card?
Absolutely! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We can also set your account up on Autopay. Please contact the office for more information.

Can I pay my bill Online?
Yes! At the bottom of our Home page there is a window to plug in your account number and password. The password is the last four digits of the phone number you have on file with us.

If you have any problems, please contact the office.

Do you supply cans?

If you need a trash can, we can supply our heavy-duty 95-gallon toter at no extra charge. If you need a second toter, the charge is $5 additional per month.

However, you may use your own cans as well.

I live on a private road.  Will that effect my service?

It depends on the state of the road--some private roads are better maintaned than our county roads. However, the drivers are trusted to keep the trucks as safe as possible.

If the road is blocked, muddy, or snowpacked, it may cause your service to be delayed. Contact the office with any questions.

Do you take appliances or furniture?

Absolutely. Some appliances can even  be picked up for no charge. Please call the office for pricing and scheduling.

I have dogs that run loose on my property.  Is that a problem?

It could be... Please try to keep your dogs/animals contained on your scheduled pickup date--for their safety and ours.

Your service can be missed for the day if your critters decide that they aren't going to let us take your trash.
